    Mia was super flexible with regard to my delivery needs - where I live has had some nightmarish experiences with certain couriers so I asked for them to use a different delivery type and I'd front the cost, however Mia was very understanding and sorted it with no bother at all. The item arrived well packaged, and exactly as in the pictures. This was a gift for my partner who had a plushie like it, so it passed the cuddle test too! Thank you so much Mia!
