POLMIND worked with me for weeks, communicating back and forth with pics of my appliance until sure I had the right part. New part quickly arrived and is much better quality than the original piece! It was carefully packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Appearance was perfect and value was unmatched! This was such a great eBay experience: best customer service I’ve had yet. I hope to cross paths again.

I AM SAVING THE SHIPPING CONTAINER THAT APPARENTLY WAS CUSTOM MADE TO FIT! Shipping was excellent. Slide rule was as described and in very good condition except the graduations over the full length of the slide do not perfectly match with the fixed part of the scale. It is still very usable to two decimal places. The seller's communication in answer to my concerns about USPS treatment was very good and encouraging so we would not worry!
