Item was new in excellent condition in original sealed package. However, communication was intermittent, as the package got held up by USPS at the same location for 12 days, and the package didn't arrive for 18 days. The Ebay "item not received" process appears to have helped in prompting USPS to find and finish routing the package. But even then the package only arrived 2 days before the reimbursement process would have occurred.

Seller stated that they do not except returned. Try to contact them and they closed the request. Buyer beware when sellers refused returns and Ebay Money Back Warranty is stated. You are buying it "AS IT." If they send you the wrong parts, you are stuck with it. NO RETURN AND NO MONEY BACK. BEWARE!!!!
