They replied very promptly (w/in 2 hours), offered to send the correct version or allow me to return the wrong one for a full refund. I opted to have the correct one sent and it was in the mail the next day. Seller also told me to keep the first bot. Accidents do happen, but the customer service more than made up for any inconvenience!

Packing wrap to protect and the figures and accessories were neatly placed in plastic bags. It was as described. This was my first buy from this seller and I’m impressed I recommend them.
