      Superb service! Sometimes, the best gauge of commitment to customer service is how a seller behaves when things don’t go quite to plan. Despite being very well wrapped, this compass was damaged during transit. The seller got in touch very soon after I raised the issue and dealt with the whole transaction, from return to refund, efficiently and without fuss. The compass had been dispatched promptly and was just as described. I’d have no hesitation in buying from them again. Thank you.

      Fantastic customer service. The item came exactly as described with speedy delivery, it was packaged appropriately. I am very happy with the product and the value for money. There was a slight fault with the controller that came with the console, nothing that would stop me from using the product but a fault nonetheless and I was partially refunded for the controller, got replies within 10 mins of messaging, couldn’t ask for a better customer experience. Would recommend and will use again.
