    I need to find out how I can place a claim on my merchandise because I believe it was damaged when it was shipped to me. In the listing pictures there was no damage on the outside right corner of my product but when I unpacked a fairly packed transceiver there was damage to the right rear corner of the radio so now it comes on but nothing else

    Shipping took a reasonable amount of time, the item was as described, a good value, and the packaging was thin for a valuable item but the item inside was wrapped pretty well with some bubble wrap. I'm glad it made it safely. The cost for shipping seemed a little bit high for the way it was packaged, I would have expected a padded mailer. Love the item though.
