I cannot say enough positive comments on the experience. How much can one say about someone selling and shipping you something except that it was seamless. This unit (like the last one) was packaged so very professionally, shipped promptly, and arrived in working condition as expected.

After contacting the seller, they issued me a refund. It's a shame because the contents are unique and currently unavailable elsewhere. Communication was great though the whole transaction and it was clear that the seller cared about the problem I was having and wanted to rectify it. I would gladly buy from this seller again.
