Immediate shipment and awesome packaging: the manual I bought is a huge and heavy tome, and came respectfully bubble-wrapped in a strong new box. I am impressed with the care taken. The manual is better than described, in very good condition with no markings, and appears to have been maintained by the previous owner with revisions through at least five years after publication date.
