The problem I had was that there was a pretty significant dent on the back of the club head (see pictures). It’s not the worst dent I’ve ever seen, but I definitely made me raise an eyebrow when I went back and confirmed that the seller DID NOT include that - in my opinion - very import detail anywhere in the description or provide any pictures in which the dent was visible. If he did we could have worked out something. I believe the dent may have happened during shipping. If I had noticed a dent I would have disclosed or would not have sold it.
