There was a lot of cushion and the package could have probably withstood being dropped from the second floor. It is indeed as described and the shipping went was on schedule. For the kind of laptop it was, which was an older used model, the value was fair. Some visual lagging occasionally but that isn't the seller's fault and I notice the same issue with newer models anyway.

I was unlucky and had someone in the mailroom pirate my package (not the sellers fault obviously!), but the seller was quick to help me figure out who I should contact in order to track it down. I have had my item returned to me and am happy to say it looks to be in excellent condition as described, and even included some accessories and stickers I didn't realize came with it!
