I asked if he would agree to a partial refund as the item is hard to find. He quickly issued a partial refund. I would definitely do business with this seller again as he rectified the situation. I have revised my review due to his great customer service!

The penguin was in original box and looked new so it was as described. Over all, it was a great value! I’m not a fan of the high cost to ship, but shipping costs are what they are and nothing I can do about it. The item arrived in great shape, which surprised me by the packaging. The eBay tape was cut in various areas but I didn’t notice any issues with the item. The only packing was newspaper.
