    The listing showed the item assembled but it arrived wrapped in part of a pool noodle with tape in a box that was too small and didn’t close completely disassembled. Over 30 screws and a toy in over 20 pieces, some completely broken. It didn’t say assembly required. The seller said they did it to save money on shipping, when I expressed that I was a upset they just said return it, I work during post office hours and had no opportunity so my husband spent 3 hours assembling it.

    I offer free returns. She said she didn't have time to go to the Post Office. I told her I would give her a full refund. She said she was escalating this to eBay. This item could not be shipped assembled because it would get broken and make the shipping cost too high for buyers. I have shipped many toys this way in the past and it wasn't an issue. If it was broken in shipping, the item was insured. She offered me $15 for this item. I wanted to give her a great deal, & tried to make her happy.

    Arrived earlier than expected, packaging was fun! So much bubble wrap to take off (my ferrets loved it btw) item came as described and will replace my original caddy my grandmother gifted me. Thank you so much for providing me a little bit of nostalgia and for a quality valued keepstake! The second pic is the original caddy I am replacing with the new one.
