Item also smelled heavily of perfume or detergent which should have been listed. Packaging was okay, but item should have been wrapped in the bubble wrap (not smushed in between wads of bubble wrap as it messed up the eyelashes - and always ship Furby with eyes closed to avoid this). I say this with care, please never use a half empty toilet paper rolls for packaging. Item shipped on time.
