When it finally came, it was used with stains vs new with tags as advertised. They did approve the return, however, the address they must have provided to eBay was not correct on the pre-paid label, so it was undeliverable back to them. I then had to call eBay to ultimately get my refund. So, bottom line, not a good experience at all.
