The keys were in the Ziplock bag shown in the picture you attached when we shipped the item. We’re not sure how they were lost, but we went ahead and issued a full refund. Regarding the response time, your message came in on Saturday evening, and since we’re closed on Sundays, we were only able to reply on Monday. Please note that our estimated response time on eBay is under 24 hours. Thank you for your understanding.
