After explaining that would not be acceptable as the neck was completely unusable. Was told that I had to pay to have it returned for a refund. After explaining that when sent a faulty product the seller is responsible for return post. They again refused and told me that if I wanted a perfect neck that it would cost me $200 plus. The seller refused to respond. They didn't respond to ebay either.
