I restored some, but others are beyond saving. Seller offered only $30 refund on a $260 order and refused further compromise. I kept them only because they're rare in my country. No apology, dismissive replies ("use damp cloth"), no accountability. Both of those actions are being accountable. Buyer wanted a refund of $100 ($260 original price) and to keep the figures. I couldn't agree to those terms. I am sorry for the damage that happened during international shipping, but can not offer 40% discount for paint scuffs. The buyer made personal attacks and said "simply confirming every cliché the world holds about American."
