He included an extra attachment, and it appears that it was cleaned prior to packing. Vacuum was disassembled and packed in a box of the right size so it would rattle around, and it arrived safe! Seller was super helpful and answered any questions I had and kept me updated on when it would be shipped. Will buy from this seller again! Thank you!!!!

Gotta do better next time. Could’ve got a free box from Walmart or dollar tree or a padded envelope at least. Shipping was quick and pricing was on point. Overall still a positive experience. Just need to package better for buyers in the future.

The seller shipped the racquet very poorly in two sandwiched pieces of open cardboard. After repeated requests for remedy, the seller never responded.
