Communication was excellent, and was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. The item showed up perfectly as described and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience. He was very quick to respond and take care of the refund and I could not have been more happy with him and his service. There was plenty of cheaper batteries that were not the original battery that it came with and he refunded me for the real brand name battery.
