When I first tried it it was very sticky and didn't dry properly for it to be a matte lipstick. I've had this issue before. I wanted to wait to see if it was the hot humid weather that affected the consistency of this liquid lipstick. When I tried it few weeks later and in cooler weather it was better, but still not what I'm use to. It came quick and in good condition and packaged well.
