    Original item arrived broken--possibly during shipping. Seller was immediately responsive and gave me a few options to make it right. I settled on receiving a replacement free of charge. While the wait was unfortunate, they did everything they could to make it right. The new one was in great condition--appearing nearly new. Overall great deal, as these are much more costly brand new.
