Drill was like in pictures, however, this model is not a "HAMMER" drill. It does work very good otherwise as intended by manufacturer. Will keep it. I do not think that this the seller knew that it was not a hammer drill. Just a regular variable speed reversible. So no harm done. Somehow feel confident this seller would have accepted a return or offered a partial refund I asked for. Buy here with confidence.
