The invoice stated that the second was being sent separately. I tried tracking but it only referred to the first book. After over a week I contacted them and received an e-mail telling me they didn't have any copies and would refund me. So I've had to access another copy from elsewhere for my son.

They replied within the hour to my message, were courteous and efficient. They offered apologies and instantly arranged a refund. Very happy with how this was handled, it can happen that stuff doesn’t make it through the postal system and how it’s handled by seller makes a difference. I would have no hesitation buying from them again.
