Moreover, the seller returned my money and didn't want me to pay for the item. I don't think it was fair to the seller, as the shipment mishandling wasn't the seller’s fault. I do appreciate such great customer service, which is unheard of these days. Thank you for your professionalism and a very positive experience :)
