It was unfortunately lost by the delivery company /post. I can definitely say though that the seller is great. They are very quick at responding to opened cases and messages. So even though, I'm said my item was lost, I am very happy about my purchase experience as I got a full refund within minutes of raising the issue. They also dispatched it fast as well.
