We asked this seller to do a small refund as these boxes were 36 dollars each. Took seller 3 days to reply and when seller did, told us to send whole box back. I explained we used what we had because we were behind. Seller still hasn't responded 5 days now. Bad sell

Drop ships it from Amazon and purposely sends cheaper and completely wrong item. Offered refund? Yes. Good communication? Yes. However I ordered this specific item that I needed in a timely matter and he failed miserably. I kept item not by choice because I’m hoping it functions as intended.
