The guy then called me a liar and thief. I could see on the listing image that one of the games listed as ‘Sealed’ was unsealed, so I specifically asked for the copy sealed in cellophane. What I got was an empty box and accused of stealing the cartridge. You received an opened game case WITH the game, which your messages also indicate - your complaint that it was NOT SEALED was met with a full refund. So you paid nothing for the game and case, I lost the game and your shipping cost. I never called you a thief, I only told you that I don't believe you but will refund nevertheless. Retaliating with negative feedback containing factual errors is not in the spirit of eBay.
