The instrument managed to rotate within the box which allowed the corners to be exposed to the box side ... but no problem. Unfortunately the product (printer) was inoperable once it arrived. Notified Seller and they immediately refunded my purchase, tax, and shipping costs. Very honorable Seller, I just would have liked to have had a working product and less inconvenience. Mistakes happen, and Seller stood behind their product without question, and because of that I would buy again from them.
