I bought one and they sent a different unrequired item. After a procrastinated period of time I received a postage return voucher which was invalid. The PO advised me to post anyway which I did. The item was not returned to me by the PO who I believe have delivered it to Rising Star who have not denied this. I included a photo of the item with the return label sent. Notwithstanding all this they have failed to give me a refund.
