I supplied my home address and the lampshades arrived yesterday. They are exactly as described and we are really pleased with them. Thank you Ebay seller.

Not, I believe a fault of the supplier but quite possibly transit damage - hard to say when. I immediately contacted the seller who quickly sent a replacement item without any problem. OK, I had to wait a further few days but such good service is hard to find and should be cherished. The lamp is now installed and looks great.
