Seller refunded a small amount, no where near cost to repair. I bought this item as perfect. Seller neither cares about the items or the sellers. I would never do business with this seller. The item is fragile and vintage. I did send a partial refund but Pat was expecting a large or full refund and to keep the item which was sold at a reduced price. The "damage" was minimal and can easily be repaired (beads on a purse unraveled). If an item is so damaged then open a return. You don't get to keep the item and receive a large or full refund. I could have sold for way more even with damage. Buyer has history of demanding refunds on their reviews as well. SCAMMER
