The title (and the body of the ad) state that they are 30 plus leaves of frogbit, not 30 plus frog bit plants. I actually provided well over 30 leaves of frog bit which would of been 6 to 7 frog bit plants according to their varying non uniform nature. For free shipping a wet sealed paper towel is a very common practice for shipping plants.
