A couple of dings but that was a possibility per the description. Fair pricing and the submit offer was also fair. Definitely coming back to shop for a replacement unit for my wife's macbook

I'm very impressed so far considering the fact it's a refurbished laptop. The shipping and delivery was fast. The laptop was well secured in a bubble kind of pouch for utmost protection. The first unit sent to me had a hardware problem so seller sent me a return label and actually sent another unit before they possibly could have gotten the original one back. The second unit is perfect. Hardware and software as promised and everything works great. It's like a brand new computer. Seller communication was fast and great in every way. I would definitely buy from IT Supply Guy again!
