Einem Abbruch wird nicht zugestimmt, allerdings hat der Verkäufer das Geld schon erhalten, die Ware hat er aber noch nicht aus seinem Geschäft geschickt. Das nennt man ganz Platt einen Betrugsversuch nach § 263 StpO. Ich erwarte bis zum 30.11.2024 mein Geld zurück, andernfalls werde ich Strafanzeige stellen.
