All the items I have ordered thus far have been great, just as described / pictured. Their packaging was appropriate for the items and even placed "Fragile" stickers on the packaging. Unfortunately, USPS really beat up the box but and some damage was done to the internal packaging of the items themselves, without damaging the actual items - not the seller's fault. The figure was packaged so heavily that I thought I was cracking open a safe. No damage to the box or figures, with everything feeling nice and solid. The value is reasonable enough for a limited edition figure. However, buyers be aware that the Hasbro Pulse box set has a G1 toy deco not a G1 animation accurate deco.
