The value of the product is the main selling point of the laptop I paid just under $500. The fingerprint sensor is pretty bad but I'm used to typing in my password so it's fine for me. I dislike the windows copilot features they shove down your throat but that's more or less Microsoft rather than the product itself.

Nothing that stops you from using them, but it s something of note. The specs for the laptop that was sent are correct. The screen is an OLED, giving it a bright and colorful display, especially at full brightness. And paired with it being a 2-in-1 style laptop, makes it great for watching TV or drawing. For the price, I think it s a great value with solid everyday and school use.

Arrived in two boxes, one outer box and the inside box was the Dell refurbished box containing the laptop and charger. Laptop was secure and segmented from the charger. The charger itself had a little bit of room to move in it's own compartment but the laptop was secured well. All hardware tested and functioned well. No complaints. Price was fair, and appearance was like new. My only issue was that the computer arrived with a DOA CMOS battery, which was easily fixed and not enough of an issue to spoil my 5 star rating. Would buy from again.
