    First time was sent the wrong item connected the seller and she responded right away. Very apologetic and said she would make it right and correct one would be sent out that day. This seller went above and beyond to make this right. The item was suppose to be Friday and I was ok with this day but received a day earlier.     This item was listed as being new and unused but when we received it, it clearly had been used and one of the strings was badly damaged. I contacted the seller and they readily offered an apology and a partial refund as we were beyond the return window. Given that we were able to use some of the strings from the box, I felt that was a fair compensation. So I am revising my original review to add that their customer service is terrific and if there s an issue, they resolve it quickly and fairly.
