    Poor condition packaging and more importantly they have sent the wrong item. I ordered Komatsu Nana figure with box and they sent Osaki with no box. Poor response time, shipping updates were terrible, with so many positive reviews I’m sorely disappointed with how this has gone. I do hope it can be resolved quickly I will amend my review if so.

    Product delivered was not as advertised and clearly was not a new product which had been manipulated and the packaging messed about with before sending, severely impacting quality of product. Seller did not show any concern or interest that the product was not as they said, but did offer refund.
