But at least for this item, the seller does not allow communication, as I tried asking about shipping costs. The item is just what I needed though and it did arrive in good condition.

It may have been nos but was in rough condition a lot of gouges in it and not one of the best condition ones from pics. Nothing negative about seller, I was just hoping from cost of item I would have got one of the cleaner risers that were in pics.
