The seller even sent me pictures when the doll faceup was finished to get my approval - that is a first! The faceup was exactly as picture in the seller's photos. Shipping was frustrating as the shipping company did not give frequent shipping updates when I was tracking the doll. She arrived yesterday and I am so happy! She arrived in a very sturdy box and even came with a Magic Eraser, a padded satin doll bag, and face protector. Thank you so much.
