I asked the seller a question they responded in a very timely manner. item was as described in very good condition..didn’t come with the regular box but no big deal .. so far working fine if anything changes will update feedback later .. Will more than likely buy from again. … overall great experience

The item was listed as new and was being sold at a discounted price because of a damaged box. The seller repackaged the item in a new box and made sure it was securely packed. It arrived still in the plastic and in pristine condition complete with manufacturer instructions. I would definitely buy from this seller again!

The manufacturer packaging appeared perfect and the packaging for shipment was excellent. The item was also shipped very quickly. As soon as I discovered the problem, I contacted the seller who promptly refunded my money. This vendor offers excellent deals and backs his merchandise up with superb customer service.
