They advertised the P620 to have 4gb of RAM and it only had 2. They advertised that the system came with a keyboard and mouse and it did not. They credited me $40 for the video card but told me that the keyboard and mouse was a gift and they do nothing when they forget to mail out keyboards and mice. It took a long time to get any communication from them, this was my worst Ebay experience. Stay Away
