As frustrated as I am with not receiving the card in the described condition the seller has assured me that they are taking steps to make sure this doesn t happen to anyone else and I am inclined to believe them. The seller is polite and easy to work with and I would purchase from them again in the future. The customs issues was not their fault at all and I do not fault them for it.
