There are a few things that held me back from a full 5 stars: - the switches are both only held in with a single screw each; this means that over time the switch can rotate in place and no longer register coins passing - the reject buttons don't have $0.25 labels or backlight accommodations, and it's not clear if these can even be retrofitted - the hinge is pretty flimsy

I tried asking the seller for this after I made the purchase. Chris answered me and refused to allow me to purchase the second key. Also one thing that annoys me is this seller does not offer any combined shipping discounts. I did purchase more than one item from them. Third complaint I have is they poorly packed the item for shipping. The second item from them has a small scratch on it.
