Unfortunately manufacturers do not always provide dates of processing so makeup can become a gamble of sorts. Through no fault of the seller the item had become unusable. Contacted them as soon as I opened package and explained the condition of product. Seller refunded the purchase price immediately. That is excellent customer service and will shop with this seller again. Thank you for your time Jnkflowerpatch, little things do matter!

No damage at the time of delivery. Ordered March 9, delivered March 13 - PA to MN. Polish appears to be in new, unused condition. The look of the bottles had been noted on the description of the listed item that they came from a retail setting, so the bottles may not appear pristine, but I'm the one using them and don't mind. I chose lighter colors for spring and look forward to using them! A+ seller!
