Unfortunately the saddle had a fault in it which was of no fault of the seller. The fault was not repairable so Redwings fully refunded my payment straight away and sent me a lovely message apologising. I dont think i have ever purchased from such a good, honest and genuine seller as Redwings. They were supportive, prompt communication, honest and very helpful. Thankyou for this !!
