I completely "missed" the two well packed parts in the bottom of the box and inadvertantly threw the box away. I messaged them, and got an immediate, very professional response, confirming all parts were packed. I went to the trash can and my parts were there...just like they said!!!! I contacted them to explain and was offered the option to return even though it had already shipped. After, the seller offered to look for the parts, used, he could sell instead which I agreed to purchase.
