I then messaged to ask if they knew anywhere I could get spare wheels for my trains as I had a few that needed replacing. They checked their spares and arranged for me to be able to buy them for a very decent price. Would definitely recommend and will use again

Outer box was slightly damaged in transit but due to the extra precautions no damages was caused to the items! As an added bonus the seller recognised I had ordered two different items, packaged them together and issued me a refund for one of the orders postage Excellent customer service in my mind
