Easily the most unprofessional and rude customer service on eBay ever. Horrible. Funny thing, seller didn’t have a photo of the side that was damaged in the original posting. Odd. Would not record opening as advised. Clearly looking for refunds for the sake of money. Entire conversation reviewed by eBay and was advised to ignore refund requests. Told him I would refund if he recorded the opening and showed damage, but he refused.
