I appreciated the care in packaging so that the pennants did not arrive bent or folded. Seller also responded to my questions promptly while I waited for the item to arrive. I was able to get a frame in advance and hang em up when they got here :) Shipping speed was good considering it was an irregular size. THANK YOU!!
